Handheld Connected via Cable to PC

Is the Active Sync showing connected on both the handheld and on the PC?

Try unplugging the cable on the PC side and handheld side and re-plugging.

Didn't work? Try rebooting the PC and attempt to sync again.  (Why?... Sometimes there are conflicting programs and network statuses that prohibit USB communications to cable connected devices, rebooting resets the output signals.)

That will fix the issue most of the time.
